Where do I begin with these two? From the time I met with them at Panera last October, I knew I was a fan of them. I’ve known Jordan from our childhood, but it has been such a joy reconnecting & meeting his now, Mrs!!
Their beautiful wedding took place in the heart of Columbus. I met the entire wedding party at the Hyatt, where they were getting ready. During this time, I learned they had a choreographed dance they prepared for the entrance of their reception. The girls practiced their dance, but the boys thought they were good to go…Right before the ceremony, the boys decided they better practice one more time, too. Their ceremony was only the second wedding to ever be at Rock City Church in the Short North. How cool is that?
Following the ceremony, we headed straight into portraits down by the Scioto Mile. The weather was definitely not on our side for their wedding day, but you improvise and get creative. Thank you again to the wedding party, who were such great sports to endure the cold temps with crazy wind & spitting rain. You were all so great !!! Rita, the matron of honor, worked downtown & happened to have her work key on her that allowed us to go inside for some fun shots, with no wind. I’m so thankful we have these options too. Some of my favorite are the creative ones that no one else will have in their wedding day album. One of my favorite groups to work with!!
The reception was held at the beautiful Vue. I fell in love with this venue. Be sure to check them out, especially if you are looking for a venue. Not to mention, the food was delicious. This group may have had one of the best entrances that went straight into their choreographed dance. It was EPIC! I’m so impressed. Jordan + Emily’s friends & family know how to dance, too. The dance floor never stopped. I love being able to capture the dancing photos & they did NOT disappoint. Enjoy reliving the moments of Jordan + Emily’s day. Check the bottom for other credits!!!
