What a perfect evening for an engagement session!!! For those of you who follow my work know I love me some evening glow lighting, a.k.a. golden hour! I have missed it so, but it could not have come at a better time. Joy & I have worked together at the bank and that is exactly what she is, joyful. If only I could have a ‘dose of joy’ everyday, I would be full of smiles all day long. Honestly, ask ANYONE who knows her. She is thoughtful, talented, hilarious, witty, throw in a little bit of sarcasm (Which I appreciatE), and the best attitude anyone could have. If some of you have loved a few of the newborn outfits I have, she’s your girl. One time I asked her about crocheting a Spartan hat and she had it to me in days!! She has serious skill who simply looks at a picture and executes. We all love her!

I have had the privilege of meeting Tim one other time while Joy and I were hanging out, but these two actually go way back. They have known each other all through school and Tim has been friends with Joy’s brother, too. It wasn’t until later down the road they began talking, then dating, now engaged, and very soon to be wed. They have a July wedding set on Tim’s family property. They have a beautiful log cabin and a nice open space, which will be perfect for their wedding!!! I’m excited to share in their big day with them!!!
