JOE + ANDREA | FRENCH HEN FARM WEDDING

Joe + Andrea’s wedding was picture perfect. They held their outdoor ceremony + reception at French Hen Farm in Marysville. Their ceremony was beautiful with a pond and weeping willow in the backdrop. Madison House Flowers knocked it out of the ballpark with the florals. Joe actually built their arbor + then the florist created their masterpiece on it. I loved it so so so much. Even the center pieces were to just breath taking. I love seeing their work — always a great job. The lovely couple did not have a wedding party so that only left more time for so many bride + groom portraits, which are my favorite. We did a handful of them following the ceremony, but of course I took them out at sunset again. The night ended with some gorgeous light that created beautiful photos. There are so many canvas worthy prints in their gallery. They looked so so lovely on their wedding day.

These two were such an awesome couple to work with. They valued my work & trusted me completely. Their wedding day just so happened to be my 30th birthday as well, and they were so sweet to me. Right before they went to cut the cake, Andrea got on the microphone and announced it was my birthday. She asked everyone to join in on singing Happy Birthday to me & then they surprised me wit ha peanut butter pie — because I’m not a wedding cake kind of girl. I photograph all these weddings & never partake in the cake. I was blown away by their intentionality & thoughtfulness. It’s a dream to get to work with clients like Joe + Andrea. I pray an abundance of blessings over their life & marriage. Enjoy their big day!
