I love apple season &#8211; apple picking, apple peeling, apple eating, apple sauce making, apple baking!! You name it, I LOVE IT!! This is one of my absolute favorite recipes. I make it all the time because it is so easy &amp; so yummy. My favorite is obviously the topping. I love it so much that I double it, sometimes TRIPLE it. Now, when I say I double it, I wing it. The topping alone calls for one stick of butter &amp; by no means do I ever put two sticks to double it. I have made it enough times, I know what works to keep the crumbles together without adding all the extra butter and brown sugar.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Filling Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>2 c.<\/strong><\/em> fresh cranberries, rinsed<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>3 c.<\/em><\/strong> peeled chopped tart apples<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">(or less tart so you do not use as much sugar)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>1 c.<\/strong><\/em> sugar (I use like a half)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>1 tsp.<\/strong><\/em> ground cinnamon (I use like 2Tbsp)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Pinch<\/strong><\/em> of Salt<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Topping Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>1\/2 c<\/strong><\/em>. brown sugar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>1\/3 c.<\/strong><\/em> all-purpose flour<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>1 c.<\/strong><\/em> old fashioned oats<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>3\/4 c.<\/strong><\/em> chopped pecans<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>1\/2 c.<\/strong><\/em> (1 stick) butter, melted<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Directions:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*Coat the\u00a0cranberries &amp; chopped apple in sugar, cinnamon, and salt and place in the bottom of 9&#215;13 baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*Melt the butter in a mixing bowl &amp; add remaining topping ingredients and toss to combine.
