This wedding was so special for so so many reasons. I’ve known Ali + Kyle basically all my life. Kyle & his twin brother, Logan, were in my brother’s graduating class and my mom use to babysit then when they were little. I grew up around the twins. As I entered elementary & into middle school, Ali and I became the best of friends. I literally can remember when Kyle + Ali started dating. They have been together for quite some time. It’s so neat to have your own personal friendships with the bride + groom before they even knew each other. How crazy is that? Who knew decades later, I would spend this day with them following them around capturing special moments? Not only did I get to be a part of their wedding day, but my brother did too. He officiated their wedding, so I apologize in advance for even more ceremony pictures I typically share, but I’m a little biased here. Want to know something even more special? Their wedding was at the French Red Hen Farm, which use to be my grandpa Haller’s property. We grew up going fishing over there & we have several pictures fishing at that property with Kyle + Logan when they were with us. The pond in the ceremony background is exactly where my brother & I spent hours with Kyle, the groom, fishing. John & I both LOVED being a part of your wedding day.
There were so many moments of laughter and tears. My brother made us all cry during the ceremony because he is emotional. Cole, the best man, made us laugh ALL day. His speech was definitely unlike any speech I have ever witnessed, but we would expect nothing less from him. I also apologize for that obnoxious amount of photos there are from his speech, but they were TOO GOOD not to share. I just couldn’t pick the best one. Even Tiff got a little emotional during her speech, which again, made me cry. Kyle balled the moment he saw Ali & just buried his face – of course, I cried. We all were full of emotions on this day, but boy was it beautiful. Ali, you looked stunning & Kyle, you looked so handsome. Thanks for letting me captures your day.
